The real-time complaint management application

JVVNL complaint management app is a workflow management app for field technicians(FRT) to accept the complaint on the go.

The applications is bi-lingual and can be operated in hindi and english. The complaints are received on the basis of location. The real-time status update for complaints manages the transparency of work. Customer signature is required for the closure of the complaint. The Application is Integrated with CRM.

About the customer:
